We are a team of enthusiastic professionals, who offer you innovative architectural design and implementation of all activities under phases 1-9 of the HOAI (Fee schedule for architects and engineers in Germany). In our portfolio you will find also development of international projects, 3D laser scanning, research&development, forensic architecture, and design of building reconstruction&modernisation.
The architectural company was founded by Dipl.-Ing. (TUM), Architect Stoyan Todorov in 2011 in Munich. It is registered by the Bavarian Chamber of Architects according to Art. 8 of the Building Chamber Law.

Studies in architecture at the University Stuttgart and the Munich University of Technology, Germany. Dipl.-Ing. (Univ.) from the Munich University of Technology. Memberships in: the Bavarian Chamber of Architects: Membership No 183594, the Bulgarian Chamber of Architects: Membership No 03385, the Association of German Engineers: Membership No 12054983, the Association of Freelance Architects in Germany e.V., and the Union of the Architects in Bulgaria.
